he 2022 Nurse.com Nurse Salary Research Report dug in deep to explore the current salary rates for RNs, APRNs, and LPN/LVNs — and that’s just the beginning of its findings.
More than 2,500 nursing professionals took the comprehensive survey, which also revealed how the pandemic and workplace issues have prompted nurses to rethink their long-term goals, including whether they should change settings, try a new specialty (such as travel nursing), or leave the profession all together. In addition, you’ll find out which racial or ethnic groups reported the highest salaries, which groups are underrepresented or overrepresented in the nursing profession, and much more. Nurses can use this report to help inform their next career moves. Here are just a few of the report’s revelations.
